Refund policy

If you received a wrong or damaged product you have a right to claim return or exchange. In case an exchange the rider will bring new parcel and take back the old one. In case of return, customer is liable to send the item back on the given office address. The delivery charge will be refunded by Herbopower if the item had any defect, and by the customer if the product was correct.

Return & Exchange can be done within 7 days of parcel being delivered.
